Acoustic Sync — Soundbox sun-ke entry

Khata's microphone listens for your payment Soundbox announcements. When the Soundbox says "₹500 received from Pooja Sharma using GPay" — Khata captures amount, party, mode, time, and logs a sale entry to your khata. Sub-second from announcement to ledger.

Works with: Paytm Soundbox, PhonePe Smartbox, GPay Sound, BharatPe — any Indian payment soundbox.

Voice Ledger — bolke kharcha note karo

Press the microphone button in Khata. Speak in Hindi or English: "Aaj subah ₹300 ki sabzi li thi." Khata transcribes, classifies as Purchases / Drawings / Expense based on context, shows you for one-click confirm.

Languages: Hindi, English, Hindi-English mix. Tamil + Kannada + Telugu in roadmap (Q4 2026).

Receipt OCR — bill ka photo, baki Khata ka kaam

Click "Capture bill," photograph any supplier invoice / restaurant bill / fuel slip. Khata extracts party name, amount, GST split (if shown), date — and logs an expense entry to the right account.

Aapka khata aapke phone mein hai. Kahin aur nahi.

Khata ki sari entries aapke phone mein store hoti hai — encrypted. Hum unhe apne server pe copy nahi karte. Aapki sale ka data, aapke supplier ke naam, aapke kharche — sab phone mein.

Sirf jab tum bill ka photo lete ho, tab wo photo hamare server pe OCR ke liye jaata hai. OCR ho jaane ke baad — within 24 hours — photo delete kar dete hain. Entry tumhare phone mein rehti hai.

Internet kharab hai? Khata phir bhi chalta hai. Bolne ki entry, photo ki entry — sab offline kaam karta hai. Internet aate hi sync ho jaata hai.

Test it. Have a friend send you ₹1 via UPI. Khata should auto-log within 2–3 seconds.
