Why we don't publish a pricing grid.
Laabha is an agentic platform. Pricing depends on which agents you hire, how many you run a month, whether you're a single shopkeeper or a 30-client CA firm, and what kind of onboarding support you need.
A standard 4-tier card grid would either over-quote a single-shop kirana owner or under-serve a CA firm running 50 clients. So we don't pretend the answer is the same for everyone.
What you'll get instead: a 15-minute call (or a single email exchange), then a clear written quote sized to your situation, valid for 30 days.
What's always true.
No setup fees beyond your time. The Tally bridge install is free; the Khata app is a free download.
No per-seat charges. One organization, one quote — however many people log in.
No long lock-in. Month-to-month for shopkeeper and pay-as-you-go plans. CA Firm Annual is a 12-month commitment, but cancellable with 30 days' notice.
No surprise overages. Whatever the model — fixed, usage-based, or annual — we tell you the cap upfront and ask before we cross it.
