What it does: Software-only shop-accountant for kirana stores. Listens to your payment Soundbox and auto-logs sales. Takes voice expense entries in Hindi or English. Photographs supplier bills and OCRs them. Your khata stays current without you typing.

Why it's next: 63 million MSMEs in India, most with a Soundbox at the counter. Existing accounting apps demand typing — Khata flips the model: it listens, you confirm.

CA firms + MSMEs

What it does: Reads your overdue receivables ledger. For each customer past payment terms, drafts a WhatsApp-ready follow-up in your chosen tone. Optional one-click send via WhatsApp Business API.

Why it's next: Every CA firm we've talked to has asked for it. Pain is universal: AR follow-up is high-volume, repetitive, requires customer-specific context.

Status: Skill file drafted. Tool definitions in build. Beta with 3 CA firms late Q3.

CA firms + MSMEs

What it does: Pulls GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A for any return period. Cross-checks invoice-by-invoice. Surfaces mismatches grouped by reason. Generates working paper.

Why it's next: Quarterly GST recon is the most-skipped routine task in every firm we've audited. Auto-generation removes the friction.

Status: Discovery + GSTN portal API spec. Active in build. Beta target end Q3.

CA firms (B2B2C)

What it does: Always-on first-line response for client questions on WhatsApp. Common: "what's my pending TDS?", "send last quarter's P&L". Hands off to a human when uncertain.

Why it's next: Senior partners report ~30% of their day is consumed by routine client questions. Receptionist is the first-line filter.

Status: Discovery + architecture. WhatsApp Business API integration shared with AR Follow-up. Target Q4 2026.
